Menu Will Feature:

Ramen Duck Eggs  - wasabi ponzu crème fraiche

Savory Funnel Cake - Jidori chicken liver pate and island herbs

Arancini Lamb Bolognese - preserved meyer lemons

Tangerine Salad - papaya and lemon balm vinaigrette

Carrot and turmeric soup

Two Lady Farm Pork Chop - carrot and apple banana hash

Market Fish - carrot puree, fresh pea and calamansi salad

Venison Loin - purple daikon, mango, ginger and braised greenstender

Orange Blossom Carbonara with fresh linguini

Roasted Carrot - beet puree, red russian kale and raw spicy honey

Fresh Linguini - local avocado, Ho farm tomato sauce and toasted pine nuts

all food will be served family style or a la cart
