Dinner will feature a course menu and an a la carte option. We will feature items such as:
Gingerbread Crusted Lamb – Nihau Lamb, holiday spices, Big Island honey
Duck Breast – chestnuts, cranberries with pureed butternut squash
Maui Nui Venison “Meat Loaf” – ground venison tenderloin, spiced tomato relish, chevre mashed potatoes
Market Fish – Eggnog beurre blanc, island veggies
Candied Yam Soup – coconut and lemongrass
Salted Carmel Flan – gingerbread whip
Fresh Pastas, risottos and more!!
