Nook at Nite - Holiday Style


We hope you join us for our Holiday Inspired Nook at Nite Dinner Service on December 2st, 22nd and 23rd



Dinner will feature a course menu and an a la carte option. We will feature items such as:

  • Gingerbread Crusted Lamb – Nihau Lamb, holiday spices, Big Island honey

  • Duck Breast – chestnuts, cranberries with pureed butternut squash

  • Maui Nui Venison “Meat Loaf” – ground venison tenderloin, spiced tomato relish, chevre mashed potatoes

  • Market Fish – Eggnog beurre blanc, island veggies

  • Candied Yam Soup – coconut and lemongrass

  • Salted Carmel Flan – gingerbread whip

  • Fresh Pastas, risottos and more!!
