We are excited to announce that this coming Wednesday Feb 24th and Thursday Feb 25th we will be hosting a special pop up family style dinner. Chef Anicea from The Nook and Chef Christine and Sommelier Ted from Fine and Rare in San Francisco are planning an awesome 5+ course meal using all sustainable seafood from Hawai'i.
We will be serving locally sourced Ama Ebi (sweet shrimp), Kona Kampachi (kahala), Ahi, Mahi Mahi, Ono,Kauai Shrimp and more! It will be a feast and all proceeds go the help http://fishrevolution.org/ Fish Revolutions' goal is to get more chefs, restaurants and consumer putting sustainable seafood on their plates through conversation and education. Each course will be weaved together with stories of our seafood, our fishermen, our chefs and our oceans.
